Roush Yates Engines Ierace Automotive has joined forces with Storm Motorsport to provide Roush Yates engines – the only builder and repairer in Australasia to supply and install these world-class racing engines renowned for their power, performance, efficiency, and precision. Roush Yates race engines are used exclusively by Ford Racing’s top series NASCARs.

A dynamometer, or dyno, is a tool that is used to measure the horsepower and torque of a vehicle at the tyres. It is used to find out the amount of power you are putting to the ground and to tune your performance vehicle. Ierace Automotive has many years of Dyno Engine Tuning experience. Our dynamometer, data loggers, and exhaust gas analysers allow us to accurately tune and service all types of engines including:

• Carburettors
• Turbo Charged
• Super Charged

At Ierace Automotive, we use the same system as the USA’s Engineer Master’s Challenge due to its accuracy and repeatability. By putting your engine on our Dyno we can set the air-fuel ratios to optimise performance and get the best fuel economy out of your vehicle. We can also optimise ignition timing, all in the safety of our Dyno test room.

We are Perth’s Ford Performance Vehicle specialists and are well known for our high quality restorations of early model Fords and late model EFI V8s. Our Performance Vehicle services include: Performance Cylinder Head Porting, Performance Engine Building, and Engine Dyno Tuning.
